Hi, I am moving over to the UK with my family (wife and 2 kids) at the end of January 2012. I am looking to rent a 3 bedroom house in the Watford, Hertfordshire area. I have a reliable Guarantor who is a house owner in Surrey and I am also prepared to pay 3 months rent up front if necessary.
