i am looking to move from scotland to sunderland hopefully by september and peferably to the houghton le spring area.i am moving with my two children a small dog and cat.i need a three bedroom+ property with garden which accepts dss.i have a boy of 13 and a daughter of 8yrs therefor need to have primary and secondery schools in the vacinity.i am looking for a respectable well represented area which has facillities for familys.i will look at surrounding areas if they are of a suitable standard.if there are any properties which maybe suitable please feel free to get in touch with all the relevant info ie.addresses,photos,bonds required ect so that i can chec out the areas when i visit and so i can look into crime statistics ect.i am up and down to sunderland quite often so if there are any suitable properties i will be available to view.i am in a private rent at the moment and hve been for quite some time so references are not a problem.i look forwards to hearing from you soon.
