News: New site for council house exchange

Thanks to Alistair for recommending EXuk.co.uk.  This useful free site allows tenants of council houses to exchange property with other council tenants anywhere in the UK.

In fact, the site does more than this - although council house swaps are emphasised, swaps can be arranged with property managed by other social housing organisations such as housing associations.  Useful site - give it a go!
